Stephanie’s passion is to improve the quality of life for her clients as a holistic practitioner and healthy living advocate. Her educational training allows her to be a supportive resource through therapeutic bodywork, personal training, rehab therapies, and health coaching.
She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Recreation Management with a focus in Wellness from Bluffton University and is a Licensed Massage Therapist through the State Medical Board of Ohio. Her training in Massage, Asian Bodywork, and Energy Therapies took place at Eastwind School of Holistic Healing. She specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Cupping, and Reiki. Stephanie’s time in massage school was transformative in the way she views health and the environment. Stephanie is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the cutting edge program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Her coaching includes how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, reduce painful disease-causing inflammation, and integrate exercise and vital movement into daily life. Stephanie’s healthy lifestyle and philosophy align congruently with Dr. Bubanic’s giving our patient’s advocates for their journey for improved health.
Her passion for fitness and belief that movement can be medicine lead Stephanie to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also a RockTape Functional Movement Techniques Basic Certified Provider and has completed the TRX Qualified Suspension Training Course. Stephanie is excited to continue her training in functional movement and rehab therapies and is always looking for new ways to provide excellent care to her clients.
